Questions about your cheese. Are you raw milk cheese made from 100% grass fed milk? Do you raise your own cows? If not, where do you get your raw milk from? Do they live on organic pasture? Thanks!

We are really enjoying the raw mlk sharp white cheddar. I was wondering if you could answer a question about the "rawness" of this particular cheese? Would you be able to tell me what is the highest temperature that the milk reaches during the cheesemaking process??

My Name is Anna Efroymson and I am a cheese/specialty buyer for a New Leaf location in Santa Cruz, CA. We have been carrying the line of your raw milk cheese for quite some time now and it only gets more popular. I am writing today because I have had so many requests for the raw goat cheeses that we used to be able to purchase through UNFI (mountain people). As I am getting requests for an explanation about their disappearance from our shelves (unfortunately), it would be nice to know whether you plan on bringing them back or not.

We haven’t been able to buy your goat cheddar at the Coop since about last Nov. Is there something we should know about as to why the coop doesn’t have it available? We’re addicted.
